Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Profit Worldwide, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("PWI," "we," "us," or "our"), and to every brand PWI operates:

It covers XLRHub.com, ChiefRainmaker.com, and any other website, opt-in page, sales or checkout page, download page, community space, live session, email, or text message program operated by PWI that links to this policy (together, the "Services"). PWI is responsible for the personal information described here.

This policy is part of our Terms of Use. It does not cover information we handle for a client under a separate services agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you opt in, download something, register, or contact us.
• Purchase details, such as what you bought, when, and your billing name and address. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processors, not by us.
• Business and profile details, such as your business name, role, website, social profile links, niche, goals, and answers to questionnaires or intake forms.
• Content you share, such as messages, support requests, survey answers, testimonials, posts, comments, and anything you share in our communities or live sessions, including recordings where you appear.
• Affiliate details, if you join an affiliate program, such as payout information and tax details, which are usually collected by our affiliate or payment platform.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location based on IP address, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.
• Cookie and pixel data, described in section 5.
• Email and message engagement, such as whether you opened an email or clicked a link.

Information from other sources

• Service providers and partners, such as payment processors confirming a purchase, advertising platforms reporting ad results, and affiliate platforms reporting a referral.
• Publicly available professional information, such as the information on a public business or social media profile, when we contact you about our Services or you contact us.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• deliver what you asked for, including downloads, products, courses, communities, live sessions, and services;
• process payments, subscriptions, and payment plans, and prevent fraud and chargeback abuse;
• create and manage accounts and access;
• send you emails and, if you agreed, text messages, including newsletters, updates, and offers;
• answer questions and provide support;
• understand how the Services are used, and improve our pages, products, and content;
• personalize content and offers, and measure and improve our advertising;
• track and pay affiliate commissions;
• keep the Services secure, enforce our Terms, and comply with the law.

We may also create aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you, and use it for any lawful purpose.

AI tools and your information

Many of our products, including XLR OS and the OBEYY Protocol, run inside third-party AI platforms, such as Claude by Anthropic, using your own account with that platform. When you do that, what you type or upload goes to that platform, not to PWI. We don't receive it, and that platform's own privacy policy governs it. Think before entering anyone else's personal information into an AI tool.

We may use AI tools provided by our service providers to help run our business, for example to draft content, summarize information, or analyze data you give us in a services engagement. Those providers process information on our behalf and under their own terms.

Cookies, pixels and analytics

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember your preferences, understand traffic, and measure and target advertising. These fall into three groups:

• Essential: needed for pages, checkout, and logins to work.
• Analytics: help us see which pages are visited and how people move through them.
• Marketing: let advertising platforms, such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, measure our ads and show our ads to you on other sites and apps.

Where we show a cookie banner, you can accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working. To learn more about ad choices, visit optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing where the law requires it. Because there is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, we don't respond to them.

Email and text messages

If you give us your email address, we'll send you the emails you asked for and, where the law allows, marketing emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we'll use it to send recurring marketing and informational texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers that work for us, including payment processors (such as Stripe and ThriveCart), website hosts, email and text messaging providers, course and community platforms, scheduling and video tools, analytics providers, and customer support tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising partners, through cookies and pixels, as described in section 5.
• Affiliates who referred you. If you buy through an affiliate link, the affiliate or affiliate platform may receive limited information about the purchase so the commission can be credited.
• Other members, when you post in a community or join a live session. Anything you share there can be seen by the others in it.
• Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of PWI, our customers, or others, including to prevent fraud.
• Business transfers, as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business. Your information would remain subject to this policy.
• With your consent, or at your direction.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell personal information for money, and we don't sell or share information about anyone we know to be under 18.

Some U.S. state laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out of that, reject marketing cookies in our cookie banner, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us at info@profitworldwide.net with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain purchase and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we don't message you again.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Keep your login details private, and tell us at once at info@profitworldwide.net if you think your account has been compromised.

Your choices

• Marketing emails: click unsubscribe in any email.
• Text messages: reply STOP.
• Cookies: use our cookie banner or your browser settings.
• Your information: email us to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. We'll respond as described below.

Privacy rights for U.S. residents

Depending on the state you live in, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and get a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete personal information we hold about you;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
• not be treated differently for using these rights.

These rights apply only where the law applies to us and to you, and they have exceptions.

What we collect, in the categories the law uses

We collect these categories from the sources and for the purposes described in sections 2 and 3, and keep them as described in section 9. We don't collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

How to make a request

Email info@profitworldwide.net or call 1-888-599-2004. We'll need to verify your identity, usually by matching the email address we have on file. You can use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority. We'll respond within the time the law requires, generally 45 days.

If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." If you're unhappy with the outcome of an appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

Privacy rights outside the U.S.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another place with similar laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We rely on these legal bases: contract, to deliver what you bought or signed up for; consent, for marketing messages and non-essential cookies where required; legitimate interests, to run, secure, and improve our business and market it in ways you would reasonably expect; and legal obligation, to meet tax, accounting, and other legal duties. International transfers

PWI is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data protection laws different from yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

Children

The Services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email info@profitworldwide.net and we'll delete it.

Third-party sites and platforms

The Services link to and run on third-party websites and platforms, including payment pages, social networks, community tools, and AI platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Please read them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you, for example by email or a notice on the Site. Changes take effect when posted.
